Do you ship to my country?

We ship our products to every country in Europe and non-EU countries without any restrictions on receiving hemp-related products.


What is the Shipping fee and do I get Free Shipping?

Shipping fees vary depending on the destination. For deliveries within Europe and non-EU countries, orders exceeding 100 euros qualify for free shipping (excluding sales and promotions).

If you wish to ascertain the exact shipping cost prior to placing your order, you can click on the 'Estimated Shipping Cost' button located in the shopping cart.

Please note that if you reside outside the EU, you may be subject to local import duties. These additional costs are not included in the purchase price and should be taken into consideration.


What is the delivery time?

For deliveries within Europe, our current estimated delivery time is between 3 to 6 business days (Monday to Friday). For orders outside the European Union (Overseas), we typically use a delivery window of 5 to 14 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a Track & Trace code. You can use this code to monitor the status of your shipment. If you haven't received the confirmation email, please check your spam or junk mail folder, as it may occasionally end up there.


How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, it will be marked as 'Shipped' under 'My Orders' in your account. Additionally, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a UPS Track & Trace code, enabling you to track your shipment's progress.


What happens to your order if you are not at home?

Enjoy hassle-free package delivery with our service. Whether you're at home or not, your package will be securely delivered directly to your mailbox. Say goodbye to missed deliveries and inconvenient trips to the post office. With our reliable delivery system, you can trust that your packages will always find their way to you, right at your doorstep.


Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

You have the flexibility to specify a different delivery address during the order placement process. Please note that we do not deliver to hotel addresses, holiday accommodations, or PO Boxes.

If you've accidentally provided the wrong address, please contact our customer service immediately. Once your order has been shipped, it's typically not possible to change the delivery address. However, this may vary depending on the courier. If address changes are permitted, you'll receive instructions on how to proceed in the courier's email and through the Track & Trace link.


How do I return an item?

Returning an item is simple. Unopened products can be returned to us free of charge within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team, and they will assist you further.
